1. Right to withdraw from the contract
The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please fill in the return form, attach the receipt and send it together with the products to the following address:

2. Product return policy
- Returned products must have their original tags and packaging and must not show any signs of use.
- A correctly completed return form must be included with the shipment.
3. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of delivery of the returned goods and a correctly completed return form. The funds will be refunded using the same method used to make the payment:
Payments made via Przelewy24 will be refunded through the same services.

4. Exchange of goods
The shop does not offer the possibility of exchanging goods. Due to the rapid disappearance of products from the warehouse, we cannot guarantee the availability of a given product at the time of exchange.
5. Complaints procedure
If the purchased product is defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint. To do so, send a complaint form along with photos of the defects to the following email address: store@jibbpro.com. After sending the complaint form, send the defective product along with the complaint form to the following address:

6. Additional information
- The store does not accept shipments sent to the company’s registered office address, at the recipient’s expense, cash on delivery, nor does it cover additional costs related to the return.
- It is recommended to keep proof of shipment, which will serve as the basis for any complaints in the event of a lost package.
- If the return conditions are not met, the products will be returned to the customer at their expense.
